What is Slow Cooker Pulled Pork?
The pulled pork is a dish that has been popularized in the United States, but it has its roots in other countries such as Mexico and China. The dish is traditionally made by roasting or boiling pork and then removing the meat from the bone if applicable and shredding it.
The meat can be cooked with barbecue sauce to add flavor and used for sandwiches, wraps, burritos, tacos, enchiladas or quesadillas.
The dish sometimes contains coleslaw and onion rings on top of the sandwich.
