It is fair to say that I am a big pizza fan, and this pizza bagels recipe is so easy to follow, to give you a great twist on a favourite classic.
Cheap to make, this pizza bagels recipe is also child-friendly, making it a great activity for a rainy day, half-term or the school holidays.
They take just a few minutes to prepare and cook, meaning you don’t have to wait ages for your food to be ready.
This recipe is also easy customisable so you can add whatever toppings you want, like pineapple (because yes, pineapple does deserve to be on pizza). They can be made vegetarian by replacing the pepperoni with vegetables, and you can easily add onion, peppers, sweetcorn or any of your other favourite pizza toppings to the mix.
Pizza Bagels Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Plain Thin Bagels
- 100 g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tbsp Tomato puree
- 1 pack Pepperoni
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 180C.
- Slice Bagels in half.
- Spread the tomato puree over each bagel half.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over each bagel half.
- Add the pepperoni.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Serve & enjoy!
