Supermarkets often run their own baby clubs and events where you can make big savings on baby essentials, and sometimes get a freebie along the way.
The ones to look out for are:

Get Free Baby Stuff on TikTok and Social Media
Brands want real parents sharing honest experiences. If you enjoy posting, consider documenting your pregnancy or early motherhood journey on TikTok or Instagram. Share bump updates, nursery prep and mini hauls, then contact baby brands to offer genuine reviews in exchange for samples.
There is also a TikTok Shop Creator Samples route. Approved creators can request products to review at no cost, then upload a short video after trying them. It is a simple way to test bottles, clothes or accessories without spending anything.
If you prefer not to post videos, use Instagram Stories or relevant Facebook groups to connect with brands. Many micro-influencer campaigns start with a straightforward message.
Extra Tips to Maximise Your Freebies
- Create a dedicated email address for freebies so your main inbox stays tidy.
- Join Facebook groups that share baby deals and freebies. Members often spot offers before they go public.
- Look locally on Freecycle, Nextdoor and Facebook Marketplace for free clothes, toys and nursery items.
- Attend baby and parenting shows such as The Baby Show. Goodie bags can be worth a tidy amount.
- Watch for seasonal baby events in supermarkets and pharmacies. Refresh your sign-ups every few months as brands rotate offers.
